Following our bi-annual inspection

This project involves the construction of a detached house on a vacant plot. It is a masonry cavity wall structure under a pitched tiled roof and includes rooms in the roof space. The attention to detail and forethought that the builder has put into this build so far is impressive, particularly given the rather unhelpful architect's drawings. The project has basically been reconfigured by the builder into what is shaping to be a considered, well built property. At the time of this visit first fix was well under way on the top two floors.
