Avondale

This project incorporated adding a double story side extension and a single-story rear extension to a semi-detached property in Avondale Road. Downstairs, we knocked through and added new structural steelwork to create a new open-plan kitchen diner, utility room, W/C and study – complete with underfloor heating to the new kitchen area and bi-fold doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs we added two new bedrooms and completed all the internal fit out.
