Garden Road

This extensive project incorporated building a brand new, six-bedroom detached house from architectural drawings. As part of the year-long build, our client wanted a large kitchen and a modern feel throughout, the whole house was fitted with under floor heating incorporating a staggering 2200 linear meters of pipework. We also managed to engineer the loft space to incorporate 2 extra bedrooms and an extra en-suite.  The client was so pleased with our work that we were asked to return later to complete the property’s pool house incorporating a gym, workshop, sauna, solarium and shower area. Also spent 7 weeks in Chamomix, France, building a large Gabion wall.
